Hobbies
As mentioned above, Amateur Radio (public service work/traffic handling) is my primary interest despite the decline of formal traffic. In the past I've extensively indulged in DXing with 281 countries worked and 277 confirmed; Satellite activity is emensly challenging; and the occassional DX chasing on 10 meters when band conditions permit can be enjoyable.

Another interest I've indulged in since the early 1970's has been Computers. With the so rapidly changing technology, I can't lose sight of the fact that if I blink, technology will outrun me. I make every effort to stay abreast of things.
Beginning in early 2007, after acquiring my own domain name, I manage my own web page, as well as the Medford Elks web page. A fun, yet at times, trying project.
